Think it was the Witch king of Angmar(i know this is more of a title) and Khamul the Black Easterling.

It's in UT. I don't have that book handy (*sigh*... I never do, it's why my quotes are usually so dodgy -- if they exist at all beyong a vague reference to their existence in 'a book') but Khamul was definately one.

Gothmog was not a Nazgūl, he was the Balrog Lord, slain by Glorfindel in the Fall of Gondolin.

The Gothmog being referred to here is a different one. LotR mentions a Gothmog that gives commands after the death of the Witch-king at the Battle of the Pelennor Fields. It is unknown whether this Gothmog was a Nazgul or something else.

The only one who is actaully named is 'Khamul'
Thw Witchking was just a title, same with calling Sauron the 'dark-lord'
I don't think 'Gothmog' was a Nazgul. If he was then Tolkien surely would have said so?

Besides, Glorfindel didn't slay Gothmog at the Fall of Gondolin, either. Ecthelion did.
