A More challenging Name Game

How about a Name Game with a more difficult rule?
1) Whoever starts a game round determines how that round is limited.
For example: if a round starts with Feanor, then only elf names can be used.
If with Bree, then only place names, if with Grisnakh, then only baddies, etc. The starter of the round could, if necessary, stipulate the limiting factor.
2) Other then that, the same rule, next name begins with the last letter
of the word before.
3) Last one to post a correct answer with no further correct
responses for say (three days? if that's a good limiting time, the exact time could be up for discussion) is deemed to have won that round and can start a new round.
4) Nicknames of characters are permitted (ex. Pippin and Peregrin can both be used).
5) Titles of characters are permitted (ex. both Galadriel and Lady of the Wood).

Well, if there's interest, how about starting with a real SB:

Lobelia

The Saucepan Man has been trapped in the Barrow!
Pipe Looks promising

OK, I'll bite.

Andwise

I'm assuming the topic is Hobbits' names generally, rather than just female Hobbits' names (as otherwise I'm stumped).

And, by the way, three days sounds good to me.

Yep. Hobbits. Good or bad, male or female, young or old, etc.......
(had to look up Andwise).
here's a thought. Should both the nickname and name of a hobbit be permitted (that is, Merry and Meriadoc)?

Elanor.
Daughter of the nassty, fat hobbit.

So, now I have to give a hobbit name, so how about the mother of Elanor: Rosie
