There's another similar thread with descriptions of locations (called, appropriately enough, Locations) and I thought this might interest people. Guess who said this, and to whom:

Samewise: I thought it was supposed to be something some one said. That quote is from when they were in Lothlorien, Legolas and Frodo and Sam were climbing a tree to talk to the elves and to stay the night on the flet, but if I am not mistaken, no one actually said that.
