My Dwarven Name was Thráin Songhand. I think it sounds regal, or at least the first part does.

Re: Dwarf Name Generator

My real name comes back with Trán*Stealthnose (what kind of surname is "stealthnose" (I sneeze silently, Ha!)) My screenname comes back with either Trór*Icehammer or Róin*Saphireskin, depending on whether I put the underscore into Eldar_14 (ezboard won't let me have an underscore in my name for some reason) Both of which are so much better than my real name. (I personally like Trór Icehammer better)

My name comes out as: Nîm Cleverplate. Isnt Nim the name of the dward that Turambar lived with? (After reading The Sill for the first time, all the different character names have me confusticated.)

My Dwarf name is Grór Songtears. I'm not so thrilled about the first name, but the second name is sad - almost Elvish in feel.

Does anyone know what my Elvish name, Lostgaeriel, translates to? I got it from the generator too. (Root: Lostgaer)

Lost= 'empty'
gaer= 'sea'

So Lostgaer means 'Empty Sea' literally.
