In the movie, which finger does Frodo wear the Ring on? Is it always the same finger?It's his left hand, right?Thanks for your help!

Well when it gets bitten off, it is the middle finger of his hand, though I do not know which one. I read that bit only yesterday, but can't find it now.

In the movie....Well, in Bree I'm pretty sure that it fell onto his right index finger. As for him actually putting it on, I'd have to watch the movie again (which is NOT a bad idea )

I think in the tree root scene it was his right index finger.

In the Prancing Pony scene it was his right index finger, but in the books it's presumably his middle finger, as that's the one missing in the Fields of Cormallen.~*~Orual~*~
