Sting The big fight we all have been waiting for

Sorry if its been done before but how about a char from LOTR vs. someone from another book or movie. I can see it now Elrond vs. Neo. Who do you think will win?Personally I have no idea.

Out of Elrond and Neo, I would root for Elrond. After all, he has a ring of power. No little karate kick can bring down an elven lord with magic jewellery!

What about Frodo vs. Lucy from the Narnia Chronicles? (It is Lucy, right? I haven't read them for a while so I'm kinda hazy.)
I'm betting on Lucy winning

More chance of Neo winning. I mean hes the one and all aint no sword going to kill him. But Elrond wont go down easy. But in the end it will be Elrond backed up by Agent Smiths, Elves, Men, Hobbits and a Gandalf and Neo will have Morpheus and Trinity. Elrond hands down. How about Obi-Wan Kenobi against Aragorn? Can a light-saber cut a sword?

On Frodo vs. Lucy, I would have to go with Frodo. But after that match, he would have to go up against another...
Lucy Ricardo! I would have to go with Lucy on that match.

Ricky (after seeing the mess the living room's in): Looo-ci! You've got some 'splainin' to do!

(I'm sorry, I truly am...)

I believe there is a similar forum, though. It is here.

This one is a little different in that the other one is all LotR char vs. LotR char. and this one is LotR char vs. NON-LotR char.

Between Frodo and Lucy (Pevensie), which Frodo did you mean? The movie Frodo would lose, because he's rather wimpy. The book Frodo would win because he's older, stronger, though probably not taller , and he has Sting. Of course, after the fight, Peter and Edmund would show up and, well, bye-bye Frodo. Then Lucy would cure everybody, whether she won or not.

Whenever I see a Harry Potter fan, I yell "Frodo Baggins could kick Harry Potter's butt!" And it's true. So what Harry has the height advantage and magical ability? Frodo's agile, well armed, and can disappear at any given second as easily as putting on a Ring.

I'm also convinced that Jar-Jar Binks wouldn't stand a chance against Gollum. That's not saying much, though; Jar-Jar's pretty pathetic to begin with.

But what about the Nazgul vs. the Teletubbies? Now THAT would be a scary fight indeed...

Regarding the Elrond vs. Neo one, it depends on where they are when fighting. If they are in the Matrix, Neo would win because he can come to the realization that nothing really exists, so he would be able to stop Elrond, if you take my meaning. (A bit like the end scene where he stops the bullets.)
But if they were in Middle Earth, i think Elrond would win because he would be able to use his "ring-power," and Neo would not be able to use his special powers and stop him. But that was all just rather confusing so I'd better stop now before I start to confuse myself.

What about Eowyn vs. Trinity? Hmm...I'd have to vote for Trinity on that one.

Yea, I'd have to go with Trinity on that one too, Goldberry.

And on Elrond vs Neo, I'd lean more towards Neo. Not because of the whole 'nothing is real' power of mind, but because all those robes are bound to slow Elrond down.

Okay, this is totally random... Will and Grace (from the show) vs. Shagrat.
I'd say Will and Grace

Now that would be a truly fearsome fight. *shudders at the very thought of Teletubbies*

On Legolas v Will Turner: Legolas definitely, he's got an elvish bow and Will wasn't exactly a good pirate to begin with (going "Aye, avast!" to a bunch of Navy guys was a bit amateur).

How about Aragorn v Jack Sparrow?

And for Spidey and Venom vs. Shelob and Ungoliant.
Spidey and Venom shoot webs at Shelob and Ungoliant but they break loose and web up Spidey and Venom then walk towards them.Spidey thinks that they are like normal baddies and will celebrate before eating them. Then he lears hes wrong and they are eaten.
Ok its lame

For Aragorn vs. Jack Sparrow, I'd say Aragorn would win - unless Jack played unfair and used his one-bullet gun (which he probably would.)

How about Darth Vader vs. Sauron?
Or, Count Dooku vs. Saruman? heh heh.

Another battle with Harry Potter people:

Dementors vs. Ringwraiths. I vote Ringwraiths.
or...
Gollum vs. Dobby.... Gollum for sure. Dobby would be too busy banging his head on the wall...

Oooh another one! How about Yoda vs. Gandalf? hehe

I think there was a Gandalf vs Dumbledore thread a while ago. But why would they fight, they're both good? ::shakes head::, i'll never understand these things
Ringwraiths vs Dementors, now that's interesting. They would each try to scare the crap out of each other, it will be a long fight, but the Dementors will finally win, cause they'll keep coming, and the Ringwraiths will be outnumbered (the're only 9!)

I also think that the Dementors would win, since they would keep projecting what the Ringwraiths feared most into their minds. I wonder what that would be?

An irate Sauron after finding out that his ceremonial sparkly mascara was finished, and Ringwraith # 7 forgot to go shopping?

An irate Hobbit mother?

An irate Elf, deprived of shampoo and conditioner for a month?

A dwarf stuck on a talan for a week straight?

I actually think that the Ringwraiths would win. I mean, the Dementors best weapon would be useless. (How do you 'kiss' a non-solid?) The Dementors are quite solid and they would be as vulnerable to a Morgul-Blade as any other creature of flesh.

about the Aragorn vs. Obi wan Kenobi. Obi Wan would definetly win. Aragorns good but Obi Wan has the force.

What about Arwen vs. Padme that would be hard to say.

How about Anakin vs. Legolas? I thought about Frodo vs. Anakin but I just cant picture that.

gollum vs. Reepacheet (ahh! can't remember how to spell his name. You know the little mouse guy in Chronicles of Narnia) That would be hard to deside to.

Saruman vs. The White Witch (from Chronicles of Narnia.) Thats another one I'm not certain about.

Pippin vs. Eustace (Go Pippin! I never liked Eustace much.)

well thats all I can think of for now.

Well, that depends on whether it's the book Arwen or the movie Arwen. If the book, Padme would win, because Arwen-in-the-book doesn't do ANY fighting. If the movie, Padme would still win, because she has a gun. And:

Ah yes, but Solid snake would have guns; unfair advantage. Give them both swords and I think Aragorn would win. Although Raiden (of MGS: Sons Of Liberty) is pretty nifty with a sword.

What about characters played by the same actors in the LoTR and other movies?

Saruman vs Dracula, hmm, probably Saruman

Boromir vs Sharpe, Sharpe if he's got his rifle, otherwise Boromir

Gandalf vs nazi Richard III, well obviously Gandalf

(though I reckon Gimli would beat the Professor from Sliders)
