The Shire doesn't include Bree. It's basically between the Brandywine and the White Downs. Don't have my book handy but I can think of a couple towns. Stock, Bywater, Hobbiton, Michael Delving, Tuckbourough... I think those are all right.

1420!

The shire was between Luhn river and the Brandywine river and it was divided into four farthings (which are like districts). The shire does not include Bree, the Barrow Downs, or the Old Forest, which is on the very border of Buckland. The shire had villages. Hobbiton was one. I'm not sure if Bag End was considered a village. And I think Buckalnd was out of the shire and I think that Crickhollow is in Buck land so I think that isn't in the shire, but I think it was considered part of it. Bywater, Tuckborogh, and Brandyhall are villages in the shire I think. Some of the places in the shire are the Far Downs , Green Hill Country, Tookland, the North Moors, the White Downs, Buckland (I think), Tower Hills (I think), and the Marish.
