What is a "tark"?
What are they? I had heard the Snaga from Cirith Ungol say something about a tark, but I want to find out what they are and why the orcs don't like them.

Tark is, as correctly said, the "orkish" name for Gondorians.
Grima Wormtongue was the counsellor of King Théoden and a servant of Saruman. He bewitched the king so that he felt old and helpless, which helped Saruman in his plans. Saruman promised Grima great riches and Théodens sister-doughter Éowyn but, well, you know what happens in the end... |
