Har har, Beren.
Seriously, I really like it. I wish I was smart and could think of things like that.

Mattius, I came across your dancing chicken on the Yippeeee thread, and I had the best laugh I've had all day. That is great!
Beren, Please bring back the wizard. I won't know it's you.

Another vote for Gralin's dancing skeletons. Oh, and Mattius' chicken too.
There's just something about dancing avatars ...

I like Gralin's skeletons, too. It's funny, because the latest craze in town seems to be making stand in a line with other people and high-kick. Next time they ask me to do it, I'll demand a purple top hat.

I'm really enjoying The Saucepan Man's avatar, although I have found that if I'm not careful it will suck me in. This becomes very distracting when trying to read his posts.

Why thank you, Lindolirian and alaklondewen. (Hehe, I knew if I posted here enough times, it would get nominated .)
Mind you, I didn't notice until it was up and running the rather irritating shadow that one of the balls leaves. I found it on a site that has a whole load of animated avatars, including gralin's dancing skeletons, which I nearly chose myself. It also has that single eyeball looking about itself, that I am sure I have seen here before. Does anyone know the one that I mean? Still haven't managed to find a Saucepan Man, though ... Saucepan man, I have been on that site you are talking about, search for Moving Graphics on Google and it should be one of the first ones to come up.

Yes, Galadrie1, I did manage to find some pictures on a Faraway Tree site, but it looked like they would have been pretty difficult to make out when reduced to the size of an avatar.
Actually, I did find a wonderful picture of The Saucepan Man on another Enid Blyton site, but it wouldn't let me click on it to get the properties. Copyright reasons, I s'pose.

I think I'll use this Froud picture. I love it!! It's bluish too, so it fits my Elvish nickname, which means "maiden of blue radience!" Since blue is my favorite color and the color of my eyes. Ooh, I'm so excited!

Woo Hoo, moving pics are the best, look at that wizard throw the confetti, the skeletons dancing and my chicken going mental. Sweet.

Go confetti-throwing, blue cloaked, excited wizard avatars! Moving ones are the best! I like Faye's though also.

Saucepan - I like your pop-culture icons. After the Lava Lamp and the clacking balls; what's next? Rubik's Cube?

*grumbling at Helka* Oh fine fine.... Geez, can't a girl have some fun? Magic sparks then. Happy now? But I am glad the wizard is back.

Whoa, Saucepan Man, a spooky thing just happened! I have been looking up new avatars, and got sidetracked. I did a search for "saucepan man" and guess which page was top of the results list? The good old Barrow Downs.

I am also a fan of Beren's avatar, as well as those of HerenIstarion and Saucepan Man.
Incidentally, Saucepan Man - I found a revolving saucepan avatar here. It's not as good as the saucepan man himself though.

Thanks Elanor. I like your new avatar. At first glance it was like your old one ... it was quite startling when it started blooming and un-blooming.
And thanks for the link to the revolving saucepan. I've been looking for something like that for ages, so I've stored it for future use.

Thank you Mr Saucepan, I like my new one too. I found a really pretty Tolkien drawing of a yellow flower once, but the site wouldn't let me link to it so I'll settle for this one for now.

I like yours too, Elanor. It's cute.
