Question What's the growth rate of elves?

i have a hard time explaining my thoughts so if this doesn't make a bit of sense, tell me, and i'll try to explain it differently.
ok, like does anyone know the growth rate of elves? for example, say if an elf was 150 yearsold, would he look like he's 10 yearsold or maybe 20 yearsold? or do they grow just as fast as humans and then they stop aging and growing when they reach a certain "look"?

The feas (spirits) of Elves mature more quickly than their bodies, so they mature spiritually before physically. When they reach the age of 50, their hroas (bodies) look like that of an adult.. so, for example, if an Elf is around 20 years old, he/she would appear to be an early teenager. Make sense?
