6 years on and off.

But I re-read it in about a week, now.

Yah, about a day. And I mean the whole day too at least 18 hours.

Arwen, this is a topic for how long it takes you to read it now and then (or so I assume)or average. Not the shortest, with everyone skimming and reading every other page.

It takes me about 3 weeks, the first time I read them, it took me two months.

Honestly, I have no idea how long it took me-probably cuz i read the book centuries ago. I have read it again and it took me two weeks to finish each book so...

The first time it took me three months or more, but I was didn't know much English the time (being 13, I think, and Dutch). Last time I read them in 2,5 weeks, reading at times, no hurries ...

greetings,

I'd say it took me about to a month, two weeks, and three days to finish all of the books!

I read FOTR in two weeks, TTT in a month, and RoTK in three days!
