GOLLUM: Nooo…who are yousss?
WITCH KING: We are the Nazgul, Servants of Sauron!
GOLLUM: No! Not the Nazgul, Servants of Sauron!
WITCH KING: The same!
GOLLUM: What issss it you wantsss ?…yes
WITCH KING: We are the Seekers of the One Ring of Power
GOLLUM: My precioussss, yesss…..
WITCH KING: Whats that?
GOLLUM: Whatsss isss what?
WITCH KING: Your precious. What is it you speak of?
GOLLUM: uhhh nothingsss.. yesss…
WITCH KING: Then you leave us no choice, we shall unleash the most powerful weapon of the Dark Lord, Sauron upon thee. [Witch King snaps his fingers]
8 RINGWRAITHS: Ni! Ni! Ni! Ni!
GOLLUM: Noooo, sssstopss it!
WITCH KING: Out with it.
GOLLUM: Precioussss is ring.
WITCH KING: The One Ring ?
GOLLUM: Preciousss is one ring, not two!
WITCH KING: Where is it?
GOLLUM: I don not knowssss
WITCH KING: [begins to snap his fingers]
GOLLUM: Bagginsss! SsssshIre!!

[eerie music]

The Bridge of Khazad-Dûm - Alternative Ending

They stumbled wildly up the great stairs beyond the door. Aragorn leading, Boromir at the rear. At the top was a wide echoing passage. Along this they fled. Frodo heard Sam at his side weeping; and then he found that he himself was weeping as he ran. Doom, doom, doom the drum-beats rolled behind, mournful now and slow; doom!

Suddenly Aragorn stopped sharply, so that Frodo almost stumbled into him. "What is the matter?" he asked anxiously. "Why have we stopped?".
Suddenly Frodo realised that the Ranger too was weeping. "I have failed you too," he announced gravely. "This is a dead-end and we are lost. Only Gandalf knew the way from here."
The stunned silence was broken only by a series of dull thuds as Legolas and Boromir began to beat Strider unconscious.

Here's another Moria re-write:

Boromir muttered under his breath, but the echoing stone magnified the sound to a hoarse whisper that all could hear: 'In the deep places of the world! And thither we are going against my wish. Who will lead us now in this deadly dark?'

All eyes turned to Gandalf, who stood looking gravely into the shadows. After a long pause he spoke: 'Don't look at me, you halfwits: I did my bit getting you in here. How you get to the other side is your own concern.'
And with those words the old Wizard strode off into the darkness, leaving the company dumbstruck. He held his staff aloft, and from its tip there came a faint radiance, which gradually faded into the gloom.
