I need something Translated from Elvish to english. Does anyone know where on the web to go and get it done?

Have you tried Ardalambion?
This site is recommended as a start for Tolkien's languages.

Ardalambion is indeed the best site to learn the Elvish languages. If you post the Elvish (is it Quenya or Sindarin) though, someone may be able to translate it for you.
