hello can anyone tell me anything about the crests of Rivendell and Lorien? it's better if u give me pictures or sites to them.......(lord_elrond-frodo baggins- u left me hanging on this)peace

What has that got to do with anything, Rosolas? As for the crests, there is an illegal site somewhere, with all the pictures on it.

There is a topic about them in the Novices and Newcomers section I think (if not that, then it's in books). Try doing a search, because I know that you will find what you need there.Also, check out <A HREF="http://www.warofthering.net." TARGET=_blank>www.warofthering.net.</A> They have a section called "gallery" & in there you can find all of Tolkien's drawings of the crests... though, they are not labeled.

I saw a boxed set of the Silmarillion in a bookshop lately that had Tolkien's designs for elf crests etc on a separate card in the box. I didn't look very closely at them so don't know if this is of any assistance.
