Imagine, if you will, that during the mines of moria scene the fellowship somehow got transported into hyrule (did I spell that right?) and met the zelda characters. What would happen?
frodo:where are we?
gandalf: I don't think we're in moria anymore, frodo...
sam: well we knew THAT
frodo: no, really, where are we?
legolas: we appear to be in some sort of field...DUCK!
Pippin: actually, I think it's a cuckoo
legolas: close enough. heeeey, who's that?
frodo: A WRAITH!
Sam: I'm pretty sure wraiths don't wear green
frodo: oh. oops
merry: the 'wraith' seems to be riding a horse of some type
gandalf: must be a wraith!
pippin: the horse is brown. wraiths ride black horses. biiiiiig difference
gandalf: make up your mind,people...
link: stand back, or I will shoot you with a light arrow!
legolas: heeeey! I'm the archer here!
link: oops. sorry. stand back, or I will slash at you with my sword!
aragorn: That's my job!
link: ok, can I use my axe?
gimli: no
link: can I use my overly-large hammer and go into a smashing frenzy?
fellowship: yes...
(ring falls out of frodo's pocket)
Link: oooh! pretty! (picks up ring)
frodo: PRECIOUS! NOOOOOO!(vaults forwards, grabs ring from link in mid-air and goes flying mgestically past while kissing ring- and does a face-plant in the 'grass')
link: ouch! anyways, I'd better get going. Malon told me to meet her at the ranch at 3:30 (rides off)
gandlaf: who? wait up! we're coming too!
pippin: we are?
sam: he said we are, so let's go!
(all run after link)

Wow, um, if the fellowship landed in Zelda? Um, well let's just say that if the annoyingly invicible boss Ganondorf met my good friends Smaug and Shelob, well, Hyrule(sp?) would be happier place.

Malon was a cute kid. But she didn't really have a chance next to Zelda now did she?

Anyway, if Sauron had the help of Ganondorf I think the Fellowship may have been royally screwed. Even if they were competing with each other for the title 'King of Evil' it would be nothing compared to the scraps Link and Legolas would be getting into!

Have you ever noticed what a (ahem) "ladies man" (there are other words for it) Link is? [img]smilies/cool.gif[/img] There's Malon, Zelda, Ruto, to a certain extent Saria, if you're stretching it Nabooru, all fighting for Link's attention. Well, they're not even fighting. Although that would make for some fun spin-off games.

They could be compared to the Leggyboppers. [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]

Imagine if somehow along with the zelda characters,harry potter and Voldemort somehow entered middle-earth.

(To fully aprecciate the part about Voldemort you have to know this conversation me and some other LOTR fans were having one day in math class (figures). We figured out that the name 'voldemort' (with the correct spacing etc it would be 'vole de mort') is french for 'the fly of death', 'fly' being the verb for 'to fly' (flap wings, move through the aire and such), but the word 'fly' makes you think of the insect fly, which in proper french would be 'mouche de mort', which sounds strangely simmilar to 'mouchoir' which is the french word for kleenex (but that's not really relovent). So, imagine Harry Potter chasing after his arch-nemesis the powerful Fly of Death(mouche de mort) with a neon pink fly swatter)

This situation brings to mind the three heroes (Harry, Link and Frodo) running after Gannondorf, Voldemort and Sauron with neon pink fly swatters, grinning idiotically.

Link is litening to din's ( oracle of seasons ) music and... Kerfam!!!!!! A blinding light Comes out of nowhere and there standing where there where animals are the fellowship!

Frodo: Where is the balrog?
Gimli: Where are we?
Aragorn: We are surronded by a new form of goblin apperantly, Charge!! *Turns around and sees Din which stops him in his tracks*
Din: Who are you?
Aragorn: Aragorn.
Gimli: Are you related to Galadriea?
Din: No.
Link: Exscuse me for butting in but Impa doesn't seem to good.
Sam: Mabye she needs elvish medacine.
