Elven Dog Tags - The Barrow-Downs Discussion Forum

Hi all. Well, my sister brought home this great pic of Elrond at the battle against Sauron, and couldn't help but notice that he was wearing what appeared to be dog tags (you know, like the ones they were in the army). They looked like two silver shields. Anyone else see these? Do elves also were them like our men do when they go into battle?
