In order to do that, you need to be involved with the project. You have to PM Aiwendil about it.

I have been trying to sign into the private members forum????

I have been trying to sign into the private members forum, and i can't seem to find it anywhere? I feel stupid, but it is not showing up on my computer or anytime i try to accsess this forum on other computers. I've asked for help and no one can seem to explain to me where it is.

I look where they tell me to but don't see anything labled private memebers forum or anyplace to sign in to the forum.

I have the password, (thank you Findegil !) but i have no idea where to use it? Some one please help me find out where to sign into the private members forum????

Findegil says to "scroll down to "The New Silmarillion". You see 2 forums there:"Translations from the Elvish - Public Forum"and "Translations from the Elvish - Private [members only] Forum"" But I only see one "Translations from the Elvish - Public Forum"

I am attaching a pic to help show people what i see when i am at this forum. Thanx for anyhelp that anyone can offer!

Hi Aaront56,

After a logout to get a guest status with no recogniced rights, I now see your problem. But I have to say, that I do not know any answer. But thinks make me wonder: How can other poeple see that such members only forums exist, if you can't even see them?
It seem that your problem is beyond my scope of expierence. It would be best to send a privat mail to one of moderators of the forum.

But anyway you do not miss to much. There are no discussions in the members onyl forum. The aktivity of the members is concentrated here. What is in there is only a compact dokumentation of what was accomplished

Respectfully
Findegil

Hello:
If you want to be able to see that part of the forum, you need to have a moderator: lindil, aiwendil or the BW to be able to add you so that you can see it.
When there was the transition in the forum to a new version of vbulletin, I had the same problem so I emailed Aiwendil.
As Findegil has pointed out, there are no disccusions taking place in there, it is all in the general forum.

Aaront596 - you probably have to be re-added to the permissions list. I'll ask the admins. But, as Findegil said, you're not missing anything.

Thanx guys! I can see it now! I was so confused earlier about how to get to it; I literally spent hours trying to find it. I haven't tried to log in yet, but I can see it now, so thanx for clearing that up for me guys!

If I may ask, what is this mysterious "Private Forum"? Is that where you guys keep the final versions of the stories you've already finished? Because I've been looking for them these past few days.
