Don't expect anything grand since I am definately not a poet.
A lot have I seen Long here I've been Found my home near the half-grown a good thing for the life of our own (now that really sucks. I just wrote a poem before this one so I had no inspiration left. yes yes, excuses...)

Oropher then, he was slain during the War of the Last Alliance.
He's an Elf. Remembered through his son Thranduil who survived the battle and returned to Mirkwood. Faithful, because of his picking the side of good?

Some think I'm a bird
Some think I'll land gently in the dirt Some think I'm a stone But what I can no one really knows

Some think I'm a bird - friends with the eagles
Some think I'll land gently in the dirt - the brown, a nature lover Some think I'm a stone - Saruman calls him stupid, like a stone But what I can no one really knows - did not really have a purpose, or no one can see his purpose Radagast the Brown

If I do, I give it away probably... but because you asked that friendly...
Hint: an easy little question, but the more we examine it the harder it gets to answer it.

Alright, here goes nothing...
We live in the Mountains, dark and damp,
Once we caught dwarves, they'd set up camp, That night on the doorstep, we walked up the ramp, And took the travelers out for a stamp and tramp. Then a bright light, filled us with dread, the dangerous flash, that made us like lead, but we kept the dwarves, to the King we led, when the Beater came out, and stoke him down dead! We still live in Mountains, dark and deep, we keep all travelers from their sleep, along the shadows, swiftly we creep, after revenge, the promise we keep. |
