Does anyone have an impulse they give in to when reading posts?

Personally I'm always subconciously aligning my taskbar with the exact middle of the yellow lines separating posts.

Like this: tick (http://pics.livejournal.com/thesixthwizard/pic/000036h3)

Not this: cross (http://pics.livejournal.com/thesixthwizard/pic/000044w4)

I also have a thing where I just keep clicking, making the text flicker into highlighted mode and out over and over again.

Are there any other Obsessive Compulsives like me around?

Now that you mention that...
I always put the mouse cursor (or however it's called in English) far right so that it doesn't get in the way when I'm reading...and then I just scroll up or down. :D

Sometimes I do just that! And yes, I click on things for no reason at times, and I also move the cursor out of the way when I'm reading something or watching a video - the mouse pointer can be very distracting. Weird, huh? And I thought it was just me. :p

This can expand to ANYTHING you do while reading/writing/anything to do with Tolkien...
