There was a power cut in my area before I was able to vote and by the time it was over, I had forgotten.

It was not my fault, so don't castrate me! Perhaps some people did not vote as it is the first night and it was very unlikely that we'd catch a W-w so early on. I don't know, I'm only guessing.
