I feel inclined to post that.
I didn't make the squads because most teams wouldn't have enough players. Besides all the players from the actual team are give a Tolkien character at the start of the match (some people are featured more than once to make it 11). And to answer your question here is the Barrow-Downs squad-

Its a 4-3-1-2 formation.
Phantom takes free-kicks and left corners, Hiriel takes right corners.
Sleepy takes penalties and Barrow-Wight is the captain.
And of course all the pre and post match things are
strictly cannonical. You needn't worry about that.
