MordorMix™ is, IMHO, a very inferior brand, and when I tried calling 1-800-PALANTIR for support the person on the other end seemed to have no idea what I was talking about, kept asking me to pass on a message to someone named "Saruman", laughed horribly at me and hung up. I certainly won't be buying from that firm again in a hurry, I can tell you!
