greyhavener has just left Hobbiton.
Silmaril

I thought the LOTR was an attempt to make something at a time there was not the technology to support the concept. I remember seeing it in theatres and being disappointed.<P>I liked the animated Hobbit. My son who is nine and a total Tolkien fan thought it was cool that they put in the songs. We enjoyed the little snatches we caught in Jackson's movies, but would have liked to have heard entire songs. Does anyone know: is the Road Goes Ever On and On and the Lay of Luthien on the soundtrack CD?
