Well, in a way, Sauron did capture Frodo when the orcs took him away from Shelob's "lair". Of course it did the Eye little good considering that Sam had the Ring at that point. Perhaps the Ring should be the King on one of the sides?

I think since Frodo should be King, Sam should be Queen. Sam did do a good job of protecting Frodo and is almost as important as him in that way.

TTT Video (a 2nd copy)

The Calendar I've been waiting for since last year, but couldn't get because it was on backorder, even on the internet! As for the video, I'll probably trade it in for one of the games I wanted, or the much desired Frodo action figure.

Well, thanks to my parents, I will now have no trouble whatsoever figuring out what day it is

My mother gave me the LOTR Trilogy edition day by day calendar, and my father gave me "A Guide to Middle-Earth: Exploring the Worlds of J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings from the Book by Robert Foster d-b-d calendar.

I also recieved something I didn't think existed--A Hallmark Keepsake ornament in the form of Frodo Baggins.

Now all I need to do is find a Sam....

PS: OH !!! My very best Christmas present came from my brother and sister in law, and had nothing to do with LOTR whatsoever ! Forgive the off-topicness but

My Christmas was most joyous when I opened my last gift - revealing a replica of Sting! Spiffy-ness!!! In addition to that - I have several of the bookmarks, all the movies, the trilogy + Sim. in paperback, Monopoly, Checkers/Tic-tac-toe, playing cards and plently of posters. I saw the coolest thing (I'm weird) at Media Play and had to grab one. Lord of the Rings Legos!
