When the easiest to remember alpha-numeric combinations for passwords are barrow-downers screen names? When you need an eight letter password and your RPG spouse's name works perfectly....

When you're writing an RPG post in the middle of a very boring lesson, and then realise that you've written your characters name on the piece of work you've just handed in instead of your own.

Getting it back was interesting!

When you see a picture of anyone looking surprised or horrified, you instantly say that they have just seen Gandalf the grey uncloaked.

I've had some very strange looks.

Or

At school / collage, you attach small wheels to a paper mashie volcano someone in another class has made and label it 'Mount Zoom'. Yes, I did do it!

Or indeed:

Whenever asked to write your occupation, you nearly write 'Downer'.

Not guilty... yet.

When your Chem lab instructor asked you to come up with a code name for your unknown analysis, you choose Alumìne Umfuìl - partly because you just realized the wittiness of the name the previous night (thanks to your brother), but for a larger part because you want to hear your lab instructor fumble as he tries to pronounce the name. *insert evil smilie here*

Fea, if you ever read this, I want you to know that you are one of the most brilliant people I had the honor to know.

When you start thinking twenty four/sevem about who the Wolves will decide to attack at Night and if they'll get lucky and get a Gifted. Oh, and lets not forget when you start talking out loud to yourself about the games. I admit it, I'm obsessed.

I think this is not so much what an "addict" does...maybe more like masochist.

Out of sheer boredom, you search for your oldest posts that the Search function can come up with, and spend a lot of time cringing at the posts of your newly-deceased self.

Hasn't this been mentioned before?
