Doing the Charleston (SC) on the flagpole though I'm not sure how Harvey Danger applies but I'm sure it's either the danger of dancing on a flag pole or a reference to the band that alludes me.

This clue is a bit different than my normal or for that matter different than I've ever seen a clue but it still should be fun.

D'oh. Not being a Simpsons viewer I suspect I have very little chance of understanding this. But when you say Simpsons MLD-Groundskeeper-Willie leaps to mind.

This is the credited response. Homer takes a trampoline to a Grand Canyon type area and dumps the trampoline over the canyon and the trampoline bounces back up and pummels Homer into the ground. The actually change the animation style too. It's a good parody.
