Goodness, but that does open up an interesting question... where would the capital city of the Barrowdowns be if the Barrowdowns were a ...place. As compared to the website... and not the- Oh you know what I mean!

 Gil, almost everyone has green hands and skin in The Phantom and Alien, because they are on The Barrow Downs. Although, I had forgotten this when I made the Lalwende and Davem cartoons.
