The way I interpret this, each pack will have: 1 Seer!wolf, 1 Ordo!wolf, and either a Ranger!wolf or a WereUnicorn. Right? Otherwise, the way it reads would indicate one pack would have 2 Ranger!wolves.
Please excuse me while I go bang my head against the wall for a few minutes.

The second Ranger!wolf was supposed to be Hunter!wolf. Sowie.
