The writer of a comic, just like a writer of a book, can kill off characters whenever he pleases. Even main characters. Besides, tp is already dead in the first two volumes. How do you think that got that way?

By the way, nice death for The Phantom, Mr. Goomba. It was a bit surprising, but so perfect!
