Ok, who said

"The world is changed; I can feel it in the water, I can feel it in the earth, I can smell it in the air." Here's the catch, you have to tell me who said it in the BOOKS. Although you do get bonus points if you tell me who said it in the movies, too.

That is quite alright, seeing how I forgot that I even posted here! Now for a double quote....as soon as I think of one.
This is harder than I thought, so I will go the route Novla had taken.

Who were the two people that pointed out that Pippin wasn't it?
