You do understand me aright. I like many of the MT concepts and believe that JRRT wanted to effect some or all of the changes. My difficulty is that we have no guide as to what changes would have been made and ahich may have been rejected. Also, MT versions would require significant "creative writing" as MT is less Silmarillion text than it is a group of ideas or outlines.
