Damn American's being able to drive at like 13 or something like that! We have to be 17 here

Well, the driving age isn't that much younger in the US. Most states say you must be 16 to drive, though I think some states also say 17. I just happen to live in a farming state where students can take driver's training at 14 1/2 and get our liscenses by the time we reach 15. I'm getting my permit next week.
