After more discussions we've decided on T.A. 1853 and Minas Anor. We will work on the city, and once it is somewhat complete open it up to the public. When the city is closer to completion, then we'll start moving outward across the Pelennor and eventually beyond the borders of Gondor, encompassing the entire world of Middle-Earth in the end. But every journey has a first step.
