OK, here is mine:

You know you’re obsessed when you dress up as an elf and pose in front of the mirror

You know you’re obsessed when you dress up as an elf AND pull your ears up to make them look pointy!

You know you’re obsessed when the door is jammed and you shout at the top of your lungs: Annon Edhellen edro hi ammen!

You know you’re obsessed when you look into a cave and expect to see Shelob run out from it.

You know you’re obsessed when you build a tree house in the tree outside and hang little twinkly things up in it and name it Caras Galadron.

You know you’re obsessed when someone asks: “How are you today?” and you shout:
“Terrible as the Dawn, treacherous as the Sea, stronger than the foundations of the Earth!”

You know you’re obsessed when your teacher asks you to count to ten (not that your teacher will ever do that!)  and you go: er, atta, nerte, kinte, lempe, euque, otso, tolto, nerde, kainen. 
