Boromir: Writes violent books. ("Wouldn't take them within a hundred miles of my city, huh? I'll show YOU a hundred miles, you grubby Ranger...." (If you've seen the extended version of FotR)) Or singing back-up for U2. Don't ask me why.

Éomer: Pet rocks. ("This one's name is Charlie and this one's name is Aragorn after you!" "Um... that's great, Éomer, but shouldn't we be... I dunno, FIGHTING?")
