I totally think Frodo should be Kermit and Fozzy as Sam with Piggy as Galadriel. That way when they get to Lothlorien there can be that really funny sexual tention betwee Frodo and Galadriel and when Frodo offers the ring to her she can think he is proposing! And Gonzo should be Sauruman and his chickens the Uruk hai. It would just be too funny to see Rohan over run by chickens! And totally on Animal as Gollum-just imagine him having the split personality debate with himself. It would be so cute!
