Ok I just got back from speed ice-skating. I had to skate as fast as I could around the ice-ring for an hour. I believe I did well! My instructor said I went about 3-4 miles! Oh and I did have breaks! Well I think I did well! Oh I just got back from speed ice-skating just to relax for an hour, I have to go back to the ice-ring to do another two hours of speed ice-skating! And I am cold….. [img]smilies/wink.gif[/img]
