You know you're getting your family/friends obsessed when.....

Your mother tells you "I love you. And I would never trade you to the orcs."

Your sister cusses a nameless orc out for hurting Aragorn.

Your father tries to show how much more he knows about LOTR than you.

When you ask your friends for advice, and their first suggestion pertains to middle-earth.

Your sister is rarely at home, but she knows a good amount of hobbit songs.
