- You spend $30 on the Ring of Barahir from Tolkientown.com and hope to Elbereth that your dad doesn't ask what that random package is for you.

- You constantly look on eBay to see if any of the cast members of LotR are on sale. (Hey, you never know! They could need some extra cash!)

- When you've written about 100+ poems, fan fics, and ficlets somehow involving Middle-earth or Middle-earthian names.

- When your English teacher lets you help plan your school's Renaissance Festival just because you have so many great ideas to make it more LotR-themed.
