haha, fun! hhmmm...
Gollum acting like Yoda. (anyone else see some similarities there?)
Nazgul in clown suits (big red noses, floppy shoes, dressed as if they're colorblind, etc) actually, anyone in a clownsuit.
Gimli in shorts and a t-shirt.
Smaug played by a rabbit. (but all the characters would still treat him as a dragon, and all that)
The Fellowship stopped at the bridge of Carn Dum (that's the right name right?) to answer 3 questions: what is the average speed of an unladen swallow? etc.
Saruman with spiked hair
Frodo with the "Nose Ring of Power"
Saruman ditching his staff in favor of a long piece of french bread
Aragorn played by a stereotypical nerd (pimples, huge glasses, skinny, wimpish)
