That was the one thing that actually surprised me, the most valuable properties are actually the most evil of places. The second most valuable is Bara-dur, also known as Park Place in the normal version. I personally thought that Lorien would be more valuable. But maybe is is just more valuable in my eyes.

Wonder why New York, of all places.

Hey, I would move to New York if I could, it is such a great place. I have been to both LA and NYC, and NYC is much, much better in my opinion. Manhattan (where he is living) is a wonderful place, it has more of a small town feel than many small towns that I have visited.
