Uh, Firnantoonion, actually Arwen isn't a reborn Luthien, Luthien is dead, gone, the only elf ever to leave the circles of the world.

I didn't literally meant reincarnation, but as luthien was the morningstar of her people, Arwen is the evenstar, and the image of luthien. furthermore, they both shared the same doom: they both fell in love with a mortal and died. Reincarnation was just the best word I came on last night, and i admit it wasn't a very good choice to use here.
