Here's something that I just realized that's kind of interesting. Pippin saves Faramir from being burned alive by Denethor. Merry, by distracting the Witch King, keeps Éowyn from being killed. Then Faramir and Éowyn meet in the houses of healing and fall in love. So Merry and Pippin are pretty much resposible for the marriage of Faramir and Éowyn. So cute [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]
