If you wish to ask them, you can invite Imladris and Esgallhugwen to come into the game as Dedicated Characters.

If you decided to do this, PM them and have them post a character description and First Post on the Planning Thread.

Are they both Elven characters? If so, then you could drop the Elves from the 'Characters Needed' section of the proposal.
