It was actually Elena who was supposed to say: "She's probably hiding somewhere," she said brightly. "probably in the woods! I mean, we are well but your family and my Papa were probably worried about us. There must be people all over the place!"
But I think it works just as well the other way, so don't change it unless you want to.
