Veritas smiled at Durshag when he dived away behind Pio. Maybe she had scared him a little when they came by the Hobbits. Veritas was really relieved seeing the hobbits safe, she might have acted a bit strange towards Durshag.

But now they had another problem, first of all, where were the other Hobrims, and then... those eyes she saw in the cave, of who were they? Not Durshags, but somebody elses. They looked exactly like Gollums, but that was impossible. Gollum had not a specific band with th Hobrim, not more then with other Hobbit-like. Strange...

"I think the best we can do is make a big plan and send out people to look for them. Maybe the mer-men now more about it." Said Veritas to the others.
