Thengel II had been rash, stubborn, and often foolish, but he was also brave, courageous and kind. Gwyn had admired and loved her younger brother, and she was hit the hardest when he died in Gondor.
Trying to tear herself away from troubled thoughts about troubling memories, Gwyn instead looked at Bulvard's falcon.
"Aronja is a great falcon," she told him, "when and where did she join you?"
