Lotho slunk into the inn, slightly irritated. He was not at all happy at being interrupted by an excited young hobbit just as he had almost managed to sell that sack of slightly..decaying tomatoes to old Odo Proudfoot. Still, the young hobbit had insisted that he was needed at the Green Dragon on Rivendell business, so Lotho had had no choice but to abandon the sale and follow the young 'un grudgingly.

The Green Dragon was buzzing with many people. Where was he? Ah. The Bullroarer stood tall over the shorter hobbits surrounding him. Lotho made his way over to him, smiling in a polite, albeit forced manner.

"Greetings, good sir," he said to the Bullroarer.
