I hope it is okay with Mithadan if I copy his answer to this same question, of whether everyone will have access on Monday morning. One of my dwarves will be in school. This is Mithadan's reply:

I'm aware that there may be issues
regarding both school/work and time zones. We have to start sometime. If someone can't post until 4:30pm EDT that's fine. I doubt that your team will depart in the space of 6 hours. Also, she could provide an advance post, good exercise in planning and coordinating with his/her teammates.
