Did Glorfindal go to Valinor? - The Barrow-Downs Discussion Forum

from what i have read he was the original Glorfindel from Gondolin after his death he went to the halls of Mandos then reborn and i think from the bits i have read he came back to middle earth possibly with Gandalf and the other wizards to help fight against Sauron as he was supposed to be quite powerful. I think it was to make amends after his own rebellion in the first age. I am not 100% though about i will have to look in one of my books i think to double check that.
